Traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Classes

“We have yoga classes, workshops and week courses at the farmhouse in a village near Shimla in Himachal Pradesh in India.Our teacher Namesh conducts regular classes and short yoga courses in the Himalayas.
“Hello and Namaste!
I am Namesh Bhardwaj, after my TTC teacher training course in Kerala at Shivananda Ashram and also in Rishikesh. I have been teaching for a few years and I think because of qualities and values - yoga is more needed than ever throughout world today. I am teaching yoga in Shimla in the Himalayas in India and sometimes I conduct short courses in Rishikesh as well. Come and join me for weekly yoga courses in Rishikesh or in a Himalayan village near Shimla.

I am an International qualified Yoga Teacher from Shivananda Yoga Ashram in Kerala as well as trained in different yoga styles from Rishikesh. I did yoga from young age with my older brother Puran Bhardwaj (International yoga teacher) and gained some teaching experience from him in specific yoga workshops and yoga weekends in Guildford in England. I teach traditional Hatha yoga to find inner calmness, physical and mental fitness. I had opportunity to gain some teaching experience from other teachers in Rishikesh including Manmohan Bhandari (Founder of Yogi Yoga in China).

In my yoga sessions, restore physical and mental energy with Pranayama (Breathing Exercises), Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), Yoga Postures (Asanas)." Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and wellbeing. Regular practice will help you improve and perfect poses, correct posture and positioning, and improve your breathing and outlook on life.

We believe yoga is the only exercise which can be done by everyone, young, old and elderly, without any modern equipment or machines. Yoga has 4 types and each type will help you along your different stages. We offer yoga for all individuals and can give classes for Corporate and private groups. We have a great passion for yoga and I am trained to International Standards. Both of us have done a TTC (teacher training course) from Sivananda, as well as have practised yoga with Traditional and International teachers in India.
